First, you need to establish a good rhythm. Then (even though it may sound hard) while on top, slightly lift yourself up(so that your not completely sitting on him)rock back & forth while simultaneously moving up & down. If that is too hard, start with either just rocking back & forth OR moving up & down in a slow rhythmic motion.
Another good one is the froggy/frogger. If you have great balance, instead of having knees bent, squat really low on him. Then move up & down.
It takes time & practice but have fun learning in the process. :)

i find that leaning over him, not sitting straight up that is, is easier. if I sit straight up, it's cause he is sitting straight up.
